If you are a cooperating teacher and have setup your Tk20 secret question (which is done during your first login), you can reset your password online. If you have not setup your secret question please email email@example.com and our staff will reset your password for you. Do not use special characters in your password, doing so will prevent you from logging in.
If you are a student or supervisor your login is your JMU eID and password. To reset your password, go to the MyMadison login page. Below the virtual authenticator (picture and phrase) where you would normally enter your password, choose the link for Forgot your password. For assistance with password resets please call the JMU Computing Helpdesk at (540) 568-3555.
